These terms govern your use of agletfunding.com, the website of Aglet Funding, a DBA of Lendera Capital LLC (Fort Lauderdale, FL). They are written in plain English on purpose. Questions: admin@agletfunding.com.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using this site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. “Aglet Funding,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lendera Capital LLC doing business as Aglet Funding.

2. What this site is (and isn’t)

This site describes working-capital programs for small businesses in general, hedged terms. It exists so you can understand the programs and, if you choose, ask us to look at your file.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a commitment to fund, or an approval of any kind. Every figure on the site — amounts, terms, rates, and timing — is an illustrative range, not a quote. Actual availability, amounts, terms, and pricing depend on underwriting review of each individual file, and qualifying files are decided by the review desk, not by a web page.

Submitting a form asks us to take a look. It does not obligate you to accept anything, and it does not obligate us to extend anything.

3. Eligibility

Our programs are for business purposes only — they are not consumer, personal, family, or household credit. This site is intended for businesses operating in the United States.

By submitting information through this site, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business you name.

4. Text-message (SMS) terms

These terms apply to the Aglet Funding text-message program:

What the program is: text messages from Aglet Funding with updates about your funding request.
How you opt in: by checking the separate, optional SMS-consent checkbox on our forms. The checkbox is never pre-selected, and every form submits fine without it.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. Opting out by text also ends our calls and emails to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle mobile information — including that no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes — is covered in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design, graphics, and marks — belongs to Lendera Capital LLC. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, republish, or use the site’s content commercially without our written permission.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its general descriptions match what underwriting will conclude about any particular file.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lendera Capital LLC and Aglet Funding are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

8. Changes to these terms; contact

If we change these terms, we will post the updated version here and change the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
