Privacy Policy
Plain English about what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including exactly how our text messaging works and how to opt out.
This policy explains what information Aglet Funding collects through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We have kept it short and readable on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us at admin@agletfunding.com.
1. Who we are
Aglet Funding is a DBA (doing-business-as name) of Lendera Capital LLC, a business-funding company based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We help small businesses access working-capital programs. In this policy, “Aglet Funding,” “we,” “us,” and “our” all refer to Lendera Capital LLC doing business as Aglet Funding.
This policy covers information collected through agletfunding.com and the forms on it.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what our forms ask for:
- Contact details — your name, business email, and mobile phone number.
- Business details — business name, industry, time in business, state, a monthly-revenue range, the amount range you are seeking, how you plan to use the funds, your timing, and anything you choose to add in an optional message.
- The full application — if you choose to apply, the application on this site also asks for the business’s Tax ID (EIN) and address, the owner’s date of birth, Social Security number and home address, the four most recent months of business bank statements, and your signature. Those are sent encrypted and kept only in the secure application file.
Outside the application itself, we do not collect sensitive personal data through this website. Our quick forms never ask for Social Security numbers, bank logins, or document uploads, and nobody from Aglet Funding will ever ask for a Social Security number, a bank login, or a card number by text or email. Sensitive steps happen only on the secure application or by phone.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- respond to your request;
- evaluate whether one of our working-capital programs may fit your file;
- if you sign the application, obtain business and personal credit reports and verify bank account activity, as the authorization on the application describes; and
- communicate with you about your request — by email, and by phone or text only in line with the choices described below.
We do not use your information for anything unrelated to your request, and we do not sell it.
4. Text messaging (SMS)
Because text messaging is personal, it gets its own section.
- Texts are sent only with your prior express consent. Consent is collected through a separate, clearly optional checkbox on our forms. The checkbox is never pre-selected, and every form on this site submits fine without it.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Leaving the box unchecked does not affect your request in any way.
- Message frequency varies. We keep it light — messages relate to your funding request.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
- An opt-out is an opt-out everywhere. If you opt out by text, we also stop calling and emailing you — we treat one revocation as covering all of our outreach channels.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing of mobile information is limited to service providers acting on our behalf (for example, our messaging platform) as needed to deliver the messages you asked for.
Not sure a text really came from us? Got a text from us? lists the numbers we text from and what we never ask for by text.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers that operate parts of our business for us (such as our messaging platform and website infrastructure), under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to do their job.
- Funding partners, only as needed to evaluate or arrange a program you choose to pursue — including the application and its supporting documents, as the authorization on the application describes.
- Legal requirements — if we are required to disclose information by law or valid legal process.
We do not sell personal information, and — as stated above — mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — which is one reason our quick forms never ask for sensitive personal data, and why the application sends what it collects encrypted and keeps it only in the secure application file.
The application saves your non-sensitive answers in your own browser so you can stop and come back. Your Social Security number, date of birth, home address and signature are held only while the page is open: they are not saved for a later visit, and they are sent only when you submit the complete application.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy or as the law requires, and then we dispose of it.
7. Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts also ends our calls and emails to you.
- Email: use the unsubscribe option in any marketing email, or contact us and we will take care of it.
- Phone calls: tell us on the call or contact us, and we will stop calling.
- Access and deletion: you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting admin@agletfunding.com. We will respond to every reasonable request.
8. Contact us
Questions about this policy or about your information: email admin@agletfunding.com. We are based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here and change the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle text-messaging consent will be communicated before they take effect.
